online warehouse sale terms of returns

all items purchased from the bassike online warehouse sale are considered final sale. no exchange, refund or credit note will be provided unless the item is faulty. we recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting customercare@bassike.com for assistance with any size enquiries, prior to purchasing.

 

a notice will appear in your cart to confirm your items have been marked as final sale, and by purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned. if final sale items have been returned to bassike head office without authorisation, items will be returned to sender.


faulty items

we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. if you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at customercare@bassike.com.

goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.



incorrect items

if you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at customercare@bassike.com.



refunds

should you receive a faulty item, your refund will be credited to the credit card used to make the original order. please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. this can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

exchanges

all items purchased from the bassike online warehouse sale are considered final sale. no exchange, refund or credit note will be provided unless the item is faulty. choosing an incorrect size is not considered a fault, we encourage you to contact customercare@bassike.com prior to purchase to avoid disappointment.
